PURE Electrolyte Replacement Capsules are formulated to help maintain your body's electrolyte levels and to help replace minerals lost during sustained strenuous exercise. They are also great in hot conditions when extra electrolytes are needed to help with muscle function and cramp prevention.

Contains the electrolytes sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium with added Vitamin D and Vitamin B6 for electrolyte absorption. Each capsule contains the following electrolytes: Sodium chloride 440mg Potassium citrate 150mg Magnesium citrate 100mg Calcium citrate 50mg. Caution: PURE Electrolyte Capsules will not prevent hyponatremia, heat stroke and other dangerous conditions resulting from over-exertion in extreme heat.

Recommended Use:
Take one (1) capsule with water or PURE Electrolyte Hydration drink every 30 – 60 minutes during hard physical activity. Take up to 10 capsules daily.

For endurance sports we recommend 2 capsules per hour of exercise, taken with 500ml - 750ml of PURE Electrolyte hydration drink.

CAUTION: PURE Electrolyte Capsules will not prevent hyponatremia, heat stroke and other dangerous conditions resulting from over-exertion in extreme heat.
